This workout combines balance with a Bosu ball with full body strengthening. Add a set of dumbbells for resistance work, a heavy and challenging weight is recommended. Get your workout in the pool! This 45-60 minute class will work with bodyweight movements, aqua dumbbells and noodles for endurance, resistance and strength. Aqua exercises reduce impact and is more gentle on the joints. Resistance and buoyancy are the key components that make it a great full-body workout. You must know how to swim to join.
