Our live classes are focused on full body strength and mobility. We often use dumbbells to build muscle and coordination. Having a variety of weight sizes give you options when working on strength and to target both small and large muscle groups. Mobility movements increase the body's flexibility so that your body can function for everyday movements outside of class.
Our mission is to guide and help you achieve your fitness goals whatever stage you are in. All levels are welcome to join. Drop in for a single class or purchase a 10 class package.

Andrea started teaching exercise after she fell in love with kickboxing. She taught high impact kickboxerize for 15 years before going solo and focusing on strength training. Years of running and boxing lead to arthritis and achy joints. Strength and resistance training was introduced and the pain started to cease. Bodyweight and dumbbell moves are her favorite as little space is needed and a great workout can be done in 30 minutes or less.
Along with teaching virtual small group classes, live Water FIT, and adding new workouts to the membership, Andrea also is a healthy living coach and teaches Barre and Water Pilates at the local YMCA.
Andrea really believes movement is medicine. Combining consistent physical activity with healthy eating habits during the menopause stages of life, has not only been a stress reliever, but a way to connect with other women during times of hardship.
