
Get your workout in the pool! This 45-60 minute class will work with bodyweight movements, aqua dumbbells and noodles for endurance, resistance and strength. Aqua exercises reduce impact and is more gentle on the joints. Resistance and buoyancy are the key components that make it a great full-body workout. You must know how to swim to join. Please bring water, a towel, sunglasses/hat and sunscreen. Limited space available. Check schedule often for dates. Once registered, address will be sent before workout. 24 hour notice is required. No-shows or less than 24 hour notice is non-refundable. Bad weather may cause for cancellation.
