Drop-In Group Class

Join a virtual group workout with minimal equipment. Focus is on full body strength training. Have a mat/carpet for the floor work and any props needed for stretching, such as yoga blocks, resistance band, strap or towel for back/knee support. Class runs 45 minutes - 1 hour. $15 a class. No-shows or less than 24 hour notice is non-refundable. Once purchased, the link will be sent via email.
