Private Workouts

Private sessions will focus on your personal needs for strengthening the body. We can work specific areas or muscle groups or use the time for accountability for movement. We will use equipment available to you. Virtual private sessions are 40 minutes and start at $45/session. In-person private sessions are 60 minutes and start at $75/session + mileage. Email or DM to book appointment or for more info and available times that fit your schedule.

Consistent exercise will increase the body's ability to move more functionally and keep you on a healthy, fit path.
