Vit D and a Black Friday workout

Happy fall ya'll!
Did you know most women have a Vitamin D deficiency? If you don't know your level, which should range from 50-85, request to get it checked at your next physical. At a certain age, they check it automatically. I asked my doctor a few years back and because I'm under 50, insurance wasn't going to pay for it, but I still requested even after my doctors hesitation. My Vitamin D level was low and now I get it checked every year. I take a Vitamin D supplement and go outside every single day. If I didn't have a dog, I doubt I'd go out in the dead of winter. Now I have to.
Low Vitamin D can lead to anxiety, low energy, increase in osteoporosis, and muscle aches. Certain foods contain vitamin D, but not nearly enough. It is recommended to take a supplement plus outdoor exposure. Please get your blood levels checked and ask your doctor how much supplement dosage is recommended for you.
Offering Tree, where I hold my website and membership, now has an app for members! Download it for free. Members can easily get to a workout without continuously signing in. All of the membership workouts are grouped accordingly so that you can find what you're looking for faster than before. If you're on the fence about the membership, you get your first 7 days free and can cancel anytime. No fees are added. I'm here to answer any questions! Needing the accountability or like having others to work out with? I still offer personal sessions in person or on zoom and group zoom classes.
Speaking of workouts, this Friday, as in Black Friday, I'm having a virtual Pilates Strength workout at 10am est. It's open for everyone and good for all levels. We will flow through gentle movements that intend to stretch and strengthen. It will be a mix of classical mat Pilates with strength training, all using our bodyweight. If you are thinking of trying a class, I suggest it be this. Click this link to get more info and register for class.
Please remember those in need: mental, physical or financial, during the holiday season. We could use more compassion and care as we share this world together. Happy holidays!
✌️Andrea
