
Strenthening the body through Pilates Strength! All bodyweight movements that are gentle for the joints that challenge the muscles, especially the core. Have a mat/pad/carpet for the floor work and any props needed for assistance such as yoga blocks, resistance band, strap or towel. Class runs 45 minutes. $15 a class.
