
Join this virtual total body workout as we use our bodyweight and a set of weights to strengthen our heart, mind and body. The movements will increase our mobility and challenge our muscles. All proceeds go to my daughter's cheer team for Nationals in Orlando. Have choices of dumbbell weights, a mat/carpet for the floor work and any props needed for stretching, such as yoga blocks, resistance band, strap and towel for back/knee support. Class runs 45 minutes.
