Here at Andrea Meyer Training, upgrading your health through movement will help you achieve strength and mobility through a variety of exercises and trainings.

We focus on strength, weight and cardio training so that you have the foundations to move better functionally.

Virtual classes will continue so you can workout in the comfort of your home. Download the Zoom app for free. Minimal equipment needed.

Check Schedule for training details, as a Pop-Up class may occur.

Purchase Workouts Here 

Small group workouts range from 30-60 minutes each. Choose between single or monthly class options. Private and semi-private classes are available for 30 minutes each. For other trainings not listed, please email [email protected] for times and prices. A  Zoom workout can be recorded and emailed to you if you can't make it live. Purchase the day/time of class you like. In the comments at checkout, please specify you would like the recording. 

If you'd rather pay by Venmo, payment is accepted @andmeyer .

Upon purchase, you consent and take full responsibility at all risks during the virtual workouts. For in-person, a waiver will need to be signed upon arrival. You are responsible for water and a mat.
